PORCH RAILS BEGINNER QUILTING
Choose 3 one yard cuts of your favorite fabrics to make this beginner quilt. You will learn how to choose fabrics that coordinate, how to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut fabric, techniques for piecing your quilt top, how to layer, quilt and bind your quilt. All this while making new friends and having fun with Christine who has been teaching quilting for 25 years.
This is a four part class.
REQUIRES:
rotary cutter & mat
6"X24” acrylic ruler
sewing machine in good working order fabric scissors
straight pins
pencil
seam ripper
iron & ironing mat
safety pins
2” painters or masking tape
Pretty Darn Quick 3 yard Quilts Book included in the class fee

1 yard each of a main, light and dark fabric (included in class fee)
1/2 yard binding
