On April 2 at 10:30am, Caryn will teach this smart zipper case designed by
Center Street Quilts. It’s a cute addition to your bag wardrobe and can easily coordinate with your favorite colors. It is at an intermediate level so we will take it step by step. You will impress yourself as well as your friends. We need to have 3 students to run the class so grab your friends and make it a girl’s day out!
Atlas Zipper case supplies
Class fee includes pattern, bosal, and clear vinyl
Fat quarter of non-directional fabric
Fat quarter of accent piece, maybe a 4th accent color
Lining fabric, ½ yard
Binding fabric, ½ yard
Zippers, 5, 1 - 30-inch zipper for the outside
3 - 10-inch zippers for the pockets (I also used #5 zipper)
Threads to match
Zipper foot
Possibly a walking foot or MuVit foot with guides
Rotary cutter and ruler
Sewing machine in good working order with manual, don't forget your foot pedal or plug!
Regular sewing supplies, extra machine needles, hand sewing needles, scissors, clips or pins, stiletto ,etc.
