July Newsletter

  July 1, 2019

As we continue our journey of securing just the right place to land our shop, I am continuing to work on new shop samples. (Yes, we are working on getting our new home everyday.)

One thing I will tell you is that I have been doing a lot of binding!

Since today is July 1st, and lot of people have big plans for the Fourth with family gatherings and fireworks, now is the time to offer our patriotic fabrics on sale at 25% off minimum 1/2 yard cuts.  (These can be ordered online and are already at the sale price.) These sale prices are good just for the first full week of July, the first through the seventh. You can check our Facebook, Instagram or our website to view these great offerings.

There are so many uses for these fabrics, quilts for yourself or Quilts of Valor, table runners and/or placemats for so many holidays, like the Fourth, Flag Day or Veterans Day.

I still have room for just 4 more people for the Pamper Kamp, so drop me a quick email and we can still get you in!

I did get in some books for wool, Sue Spargo's "Creative Stitches". This book has so many wonderful stitches to really get your wool project to sing! If you are interested in one, just let me know and we will get it to you.

One day last week, Scott and I had a picnic.  There was a lot of rain as well as thunder and lightening, so I threw a quilt on the floor and we enjoyed our burgers and beans that way. It was a fun way to have dinner while the lights were flashing off!  Maybe next time we have burgers it will be by candlelight with a linen tablecloth!

Stay tuned as we will let you know just as soon as we find our new "home".

As always, thanks so much for your  friendship, support and prayers.

Kay and Scott
