Well, the local quilt shows are over, Spring Break get-a-ways are happening and the All Florida Shop Hop is in full swing. So what news do I have to tell you? Lots!First, tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day! We are having a Pot of Gold sale! Pick a stick from our own special Pot, really a gold cup and it will reveal your savings! The savings discounts are for regular priced items only.We have lots of Christmas stocking kits if you are interested. Feel free to stop by and pick up some kits. Hopefully we can get them done way before the holidays get here, just like last year. We are also going to donate placemats, just like last year.We have the details on the wonderful sneakers we have had on display in the shop. The one day class will be held on Wednesday, April 22. This is full day class with some advance work before the class. Cost is $199. This price does include the sneaker soles, the special needle and thread used to attach the soles to the shoe tops, 3/4 yards of fabric for both the outside and lining of the sneakers and bosal for the shoe top and lunch and snacks. These sneakers can be made either as regular sneakers or high tops. We will need your shoe size to get the soles ordered before the class, so registration April 2. (I have always wanted high tops!) The sashiko display is very full. Lots of new needles and threads. Also some great new panels. Stop in soon for best selection.We are expecting some new and fun fabrics in the next week. Fabrics from Northcott, Clothwork and Cloud 9. Stay tuned to Facebook to see them as soon as they arrive!We are open every Sunday during the Shop Hop except Easter Sunday. Hours are 11-3.
