Well, not wanting to shock you, but two newsletters in two weeks! I must be rested a bit since the Shop Hop is over!
First thing I want to inform you of is that Scott and I have made the decision to change our Thursday hours.  We will now be closing at 6PM on Thursday's.
Patty has all the wonderful photos of her Heirloom Sewing Classes on the calendar.  While they look great in the photos, you really need to see them in real life.  They are stunning. She is so full of information and excitement to share her great wealth of knowledge.  If you have the least bit of interest in this type of sewing, you really need to sign up for these classes. All of the projects look like they should belong to a "Princess" and we all deserve to feel like one! (I know that Michele thinks she is one, since she lives on Castlewood Road!)
This week on Thursday, my Temperature Quilt Class starts. There is still some room, so we would love to have you join us. I know we will have fun!
I also have room in my Slipper Class on Saturday this week. This is great time, with wonderful results.
We have cut a lot of Christmas Stocking kits, and they are picked up just as soon as we have them assembled.  So, I still have a lot of Christmas fabric and I have chosen Thursday, June 25 (Just like Christmas Day!) as a day to cut and assemble kits.  We will need help pressing fabric, using the die to cut the stockings out, and assembling the kits. Depending on how many kits we get cut, we may also sew a few stockings! So plan on joining us from 10:30 until 4.  You can come for the full day, or pop in for a few hours. Many hands make light work!
I know that many of you have asked for an Ice Dying Class.  It has taken me a bit, but I have figured out how we can do this class at the shop.  So check our "Ice, Ice, Ice Baby" Class.  This will be a two session class, Saturday, June 27 and Monday, June 29.  My one suggestion, is to wear old clothes, just in case, but we will be very careful and not get any dye anywhere but on the items we are dying.
Our APQS machines are here ready to be rented if you are interested in taking the Longarm Certification class.  These classes are one on one with Scott, so they are scheduled at a time that works for both you and Scott.  Stop by or call to schedule.
We are also at the time where we are really catching up on the quilts that have been dropped off to be quilted.  We are only about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks out. You know Scott works so hard to get them back to you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your friendship and support.
